Drive & Support a Unique Learning Environment
Outer Coast seeks a Year Co-Coordinator to foster a supportive and purposeful learning environment for students at the post-secondary Outer Coast Year program. Together, two Year Co-Coordinators are responsible for providing guidance to students in all three pillars of the program: academics, service & labor, and self-governance. During the Year — and with assistance from the Dean of Students and other Outer Coast staffulty — Year Co-Coordinators support students through successes & challenges. Unique chance to have a tremendous impact on the DNA of Outer Coast.

The Outer Coast Recruitment Lead drives the recruitment of students for Outer Coast. Serves as Outer Coast’s primary ambassador to students, educators, and schools, building relationships across Alaska, the Lower 48, and around the world. Allows Outer Coast to identify young people who are a fit for our programs, including the inaugural class of Outer Coast College. Role requires significant travel to communities in Alaska and beyond. Unique opportunity to dream big about the possibilities of higher education and to find the students who can benefit most from Outer Coast.
