CBS Strategic Plan Survey
City Seeks Public Input Through Nov. 3
The City & Borough of Sitka is getting ready to update the Strategic Plan. There is a public survey that was launched Oct 25 and it closes on Sunday November 3. This, and Plan update to come, are key to Sitka’s future.

We are asking for your input for the second update to the Strategic Plan. As you may recall, in September 2022, the Sitka Assembly approved a five-year strategic plan designed to align City and Borough of Sitka (CBS) resources with the evolving needs and priorities of the community. Now, as we approach the close of the second year, we are conducting an annual check-in to ensure the organization remains responsive, transparent, and committed to delivering high-quality services.
