“Summer Music Mondays” offers fun classes for: Tots, who are 6 months to 3 years old AND Elementary kids, who are kindergarten through 5th grade, taught by music teacher Hannah Cummiskey, and held at Blatchley Middle School in classroom number 209. No musical experience is necessary.
- The toddler class is parent-guided and will introduce participants to a wide range of musical topics including basic music, solfege, songs, percussion instruments, rhythm, singing, and more.
- The elementary students will learn slightly more advanced musical topics such as basic music theory, sight reading, and improvisation.
The classes will be held on Mondays from June 3rd through 24th OR July 1st through 29th.
Toddler Music is from 9:15 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. with Elementary Music afterwards from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
The cost of the class is $25 per child per session (June or July). Scholarships are available, please apply for scholarship before registering for the class.
