Now known as NMS, the company is a limited liability company, owned by Sivu, LLC (51 percent) and Sodexo Alaska, LLC (49 percent). Sivu, LLC is headquartered in Anchorage, Alaska, and is a wholly owned subsidiary of NANA Regional Corporation.
