Old Harbor Books was established in 1976 by a group of three book-loving local families. Today, the bookstore is just down the street from its original location, and directed by most of the same folk.
Shopping during Covid-19
OHB is offering a number of shopping approaches during Covid-19, to ensure that our customers have access to all of the reading material, gifts, and chocolate that our shop carries! Let us know how we can best serve you during these challenging times!
- In-store: We are open 10am – 6pm Monday through Saturday, and 11am- 4pm (most) Sundays. We require that you please wear a face mask while shopping. Hand sanitizer is available at the door and counter, and we have disposable masks on request.
- By Phone: Please call during business hours to place your order and/or talk with a shopping expert about what we have in store or are able to order. (907)747-8808 Curbside Pickup. Home Delivery (within Sitka), and USPS shipping available.
